  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from any signs of wear or washing.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
